Scope and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of Reside Global digital country guides, the Country Guide + Private Consultation package, professional introductions facilitated through Reside Global, and related website services. By completing a purchase or using a paid service, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Digital country guides

Digital country guides are provided for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use. They may be downloaded and retained for personal reference, but may not be resold, republished, publicly distributed, uploaded for third-party access, or reproduced for commercial use without written permission from Reside Global.

The purchaser is responsible for selecting the intended country and the appropriate United States or Canada edition before payment.

Country Guide + Private Consultation package

The package includes the selected digital country guide and one 20-minute private consultation. The consultation booking link is intended for the purchaser and may not be transferred or resold.

Consultations are scheduled through Calendly and ordinarily take place by Microsoft Teams. Appointment availability is shown at the time of booking and may change.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through the established Stripe-hosted checkout. Reside Global does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Applicable taxes, if any, may be collected or added where required.

Final sale and refunds

Digital country guides and Country Guide + Private Consultation packages are final sale once purchased and access has been provided. No full or partial refunds are available, including for change of mind, a change in personal plans, or a decision not to use the consultation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a verified duplicate or erroneous charge occurs, Reside Global will correct it as appropriate.

Consultation rescheduling, cancellation and no-shows

A consultation may be rescheduled once if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, cancellations and no-shows result in the consultation being forfeited. No refund or replacement consultation is available in those circumstances, except where required by law.

Informational nature of the service

Reside Global provides general research, market context, lifestyle and regional perspective, and relocation/property guidance. The Top Ten Index, country profiles, country guides, consultations, emails and other communications are not legal, tax, immigration, accounting, investment, financial, mortgage, insurance, valuation, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Clients should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making legal, tax, financial, immigration, healthcare or property decisions.

Independent professionals and partner introductions

Where Reside Global introduces or refers a client to an independent property professional, lawyer, notary, accountant, tax adviser, architect, engineer, surveyor, mortgage professional, immigration adviser, insurer, property manager, relocation specialist or other provider, any engagement is directly between the client and that professional.

Reside Global does not control that professional’s advice, fees, availability, conduct, services or outcome. A professional introduction is intended to reduce the friction of finding relevant local expertise; it is not a warranty, guarantee or substitute for the client’s own review of the professional and engagement terms.

Accuracy, changes and outcomes

Residence programmes, tax rules, property laws, school availability, air access, healthcare arrangements, financing conditions, market data and other information may change. Reside Global may update or correct its material without notice and does not guarantee that information will remain current indefinitely.

No Index ranking, country profile, guide, consultation or referral guarantees personal suitability, eligibility for a residence programme, a particular tax result, school admission, a property transaction, financing approval, investment performance, market appreciation or any other specific outcome.

Intellectual property

Reside Global retains all rights in the Top Ten Index, methodology, country profiles, guides, research, written material, website content, design and branding. Purchase of a guide provides a limited personal-use licence and does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

Technical access

If a valid purchase has been completed but a secure guide link does not function, contact Reside Global. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore access to the purchased material. A technical access issue does not create a refund right where access can reasonably be restored.

Liability and contact

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reside Global is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general informational material, independent third-party services, or decisions made without appropriate professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
